Being a solo resident, I've met some great neighbors and am enjoying the diversity and experiences. My apartment is clean, modern and efficient. As an older resident, I'm comfortable with security and safety of the building. Exploring the restaurants, arts and entertainment is so fun. There's nights I'd walk out to enjoy listening to the band playing at Sports & Social and enjoying a bite to eat. I think it's my own mini Manhattan.
